Terms / product rules
Terms of use.

01About the service
ClipQuickly is desktop software and a related website at clipquickly.com. The software helps you turn a topic or script into a video file on a computer you control, using your own provider keys and local files. The website is for product information, checkout, download delivery, and support.
These Terms govern the website, checkout, download access, the software, and any support we provide. By using the site, paying, downloading, or running ClipQuickly, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not buy or use the product.
A ClipQuickly license is a personal software license. It is not ownership of our source code, trademarks, or brand. It is not a subscription credit pack, a revenue share, a channel-growth service, cryptocurrency, an investment, or any other financial asset.
02Eligibility and responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and legally able to agree to these Terms. You must use a payment method and email address you are entitled to use. You are responsible for the information you submit, for keeping your receipt, order reference, and download access secure, and for everyone who uses ClipQuickly under your license.
Do not buy or use ClipQuickly for someone else without their permission. Do not interfere with checkout, license checks, payments, security, or other people's use of the site.
03The license you buy
If payment is confirmed, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the then-current ClipQuickly software on computers you own or control, for your own lawful video production. We and our licensors keep all intellectual property in ClipQuickly. Open-source and third-party components remain under their own licenses.
Words such as "own it," "lifetime," or "forever" describe a paid-up personal license for the copy you bought. They do not transfer our intellectual property, create a company-wide or agency seat license, or require us to ship updates, keep every integration working, or operate the website indefinitely.
You may move the software between your own machines. You may not publish, sell, rent, lend, share, or pool the software or its download access. You may not run ClipQuickly as a hosted service for other people, wrap it as a competing product, or remove proprietary notices. Reverse engineering is allowed only where applicable law says we cannot prohibit it, and then only to the extent that law requires.
04Price, checkout and when a license is valid
The listed price is a one-time payment for one personal license. There is no ClipQuickly subscription. Provider usage, stock, voice, and similar third-party charges are billed by those providers to you. We set the price and currency on the server. Taxes may be added where required.
A license becomes valid only after Stripe confirms the payment to our server. A browser message, receipt, redirect, or localStorage flag is not enough by itself. We verify the amount, currency, product metadata, and paid status before granting download access, and signed Stripe events create a private order record for recovery and payment support.
Receipts, order references, download links, and access sessions are personal. Do not forward them. We may expire, rotate, or revoke access for security, abuse, or unpaid or reversed charges, while preserving any license that remains valid after the issue is resolved.
05Your keys and third-party services
ClipQuickly is built to run with keys and accounts you supply. Those providers include, among others, language-model APIs, stock libraries, text-to-speech services, local models, and hosting or payment vendors used on our site. We are not a party to your contracts with them. Their terms, pricing, rate limits, outages, and refusals bind you, not us.
You are responsible for keeping keys secret, for paying those providers, and for configuring them correctly. Exhausted credits, region blocks, model-access denials, revoked keys, and similar provider errors are not a ClipQuickly defect. Do not send us production keys unless we ask for a redacted diagnostic.
06Your content and outputs
You keep any rights you already hold in scripts, topics, local footage, voice settings, and other material you put into ClipQuickly. To the extent the law allows, you also keep rights in the video files the software writes on your machine, subject to third-party stock, voice, model, and font licenses that apply to pieces inside those files.
We do not claim copyright in your finished videos. We also do not warrant that an output is unique, accurate, non-infringing, or safe to publish. Model and stock systems can repeat phrases, faces, trademarks, music-like patterns, and other people's styles. You must review every file before you post or sell it.
If you send files, logs, or copy to us for support, you give us permission to store, copy, and use that material only as needed to diagnose the issue, enforce these Terms, and meet legal duties. We do not take a license to train public models on your library.
07Stock, voice and platform rules
Stock clips, music, voices, fonts, and generated text may be used only under the license of the source you actually used. A Pexels, Pixabay, Edge, Azure, ElevenLabs, or similar result does not become our asset, and we do not expand that license for you. Read the source license before commercial use, paid ads, or client work.
If you publish to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or any other platform, you must follow that platform's rules, including disclosure, copyright, spam, and synthetic-media rules. ClipQuickly does not make the file "original enough" for monetization, copyright claims, or brand-safety review.
08Acceptable use
You must have all rights and permissions needed for what you generate and publish, including names, faces, scripts, trademarks, music, and client work. Do not use ClipQuickly to:
- break the law, or make content that is illegal where you live or where you publish;
- create sexual content involving minors, or any exploitative content involving children;
- create non-consensual intimate imagery, or realistic impersonations used to deceive, defraud, or harass;
- attack, scrape, overload, or probe the ClipQuickly site, license system, or other users;
- launder, share, or resell licenses, or circumvent payment, refund, or access controls.
We may refuse a sale, withhold a download, revoke a license obtained by fraud, or decline support when we reasonably believe these rules were broken. We are not a host for your published videos and have no duty to monitor what you post elsewhere.
09No results, views or monetization
ClipQuickly makes a file on your computer. It does not sell views, subscribers, watch time, ad revenue, or search ranking. Platform algorithms, stock libraries, and model quality are outside our control. Examples and demo videos are illustrations, not a promise that your output will look the same or perform the same.
10Refunds and payment errors
Sales are generally final once a valid license is issued. The exception we offer is a refund requested within 14 days of purchase if the first render fails on a currently supported Windows, macOS, or Linux build with keys the relevant provider accepts for a normal successful call. Provider credit exhaustion, banned keys, unsupported OS versions, missing codecs you can install, and user configuration errors are outside that exception.
Ask at the legal address on this page and include the order email, enough logs to reproduce the failure, and confirmation that the keys work at the provider. Duplicate charges and technical payment failures may be corrected after we verify them. A chargeback after delivery is a breach. We may revoke the license and dispute the chargeback with the records we have.
Nothing in these Terms limits refund, withdrawal, or other consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
11Updates, availability and changes
We may maintain, secure, update, limit, or change the website, the software, supported operating systems, and third-party integrations. ClipQuickly is provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every script, clip, voice, or caption job will succeed.
We may update these Terms when the product or the law changes. The date on this page is the current version. Material changes apply going forward to the extent required by law. Continued use after the new date is posted is acceptance of the new Terms, except where the law requires a different method of consent.
12Shutdown and no perpetual support
We do not guarantee permanent operation, lifetime support, or eternal hosting of the website, downloads, or integrations. If we stop operating all or part of ClipQuickly, continued access to purchase history, downloads, updates, or support cannot be guaranteed. Keep your own copies of the installer, receipt, order reference, and exported videos.
A local copy may keep working after a shutdown. That is not a promise. Third-party APIs, stock sources, and OS changes can still break a local install.
13Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClipQuickly is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for backing up files that matter to you and for how you use third-party links, models, stock, and platforms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for lost data, lost videos, lost views, lost revenue, or substitute-service costs, even if we were told those losses were possible. Our total liability for claims arising out of ClipQuickly is limited to the amount you paid us for the license that gave rise to the claim.
Nothing here excludes or limits liability or mandatory rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
14Indemnity, termination and general
You will defend and indemnify us, and hold us harmless, from claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your content, your keys, your publications, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights, except to the extent a claim is caused by our willful misconduct or by liability the law does not let you assume.
We may terminate or suspend a license or website access if you materially breach these Terms, if payment is reversed, or if we are required to by law. On termination, the license ends and you must stop using the software, except that you may keep video files you already exported. Sections that should survive, including license restrictions, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and this general section, survive.
These Terms are the entire agreement for ClipQuickly between you and the operator of clipquickly.com. If a court finds a part unenforceable, the rest stays in force. We may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization, sale, or operation of the product. You may not assign your license. If a dispute is not resolved by email, it will be heard in a court with jurisdiction over the operator of clipquickly.com, except where consumer law lets you use your home courts.
